Work closely with Supervisor to enhance strategic partnerships with key suppliers and vendors.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Initiates the New Material Evaluation Form (NMEF) and Continuing Material Evaluation Form (CMEF) for new and current chemistries that are and can be used in the manufacturing process.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintains a list of approved and unapproved manufactures and products and uses this to aid and evaluate products for the NMEF and CMEF process.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Works closely with R&amp;D to source new materials for future and current projects.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics for all levels of procurement and logistics activities to include but not limited to supplier performance, supplier quality, purchase order entry, delivery performance, and material shortage elimination. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develops an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage, utilizing global market exploitation, leveraging spend, and leveraging of technologies to ensure Actagro has a competitive advantage in the market.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage material flow to insure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support on time customer deliveries while keeping inventory holdings at the appropriate levels to maximize cash flow and warehouse space.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Source, direct, and manage any outsourced toll manufacturing or packaging to provide cost effective, reliable, and quality services / products to meet the demand plan.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leads Actagro&rsquo;s S&amp;OP process and is key liaison between the sales organization / key customers and Manufacturing.
